Delete proof - tools

Remember those deleter proof tools that Davidii put in one time?
Well, they were okay, just the copy tool was not as good as the current one, as it just copied, rather than copied and were able to move it about, without switching to the select tool.
So if bug could get davidii to do this, no more fear of deleters...untill the tools break.

But perhaps when the person leaves, the bricks can become deleteable? Perhaps after, say.... 5 minutes passed.
